Earn your pilot wings

Aviation is a dynamic industry with exciting growth opportunities for people with the right technical and business skills.

UFV offers a two-year Business Administration - Aviation diploma to help you kick start your career in this expanding industry. This diploma allows you to develop a strong foundation in business and receive credit for your advanced flight training. Your UFV business courses will cover core areas such as accounting, marketing, economics, and more.

Pursue pilot training at a flight school of your choice and earn your Transport Canada certifications and licenses. You can complete the Aviation certifications and licenses prior to, during, or after completing academic course requirements, and you have the option to switch flight schools if you wish. Once complete, UFV will award you academic credit towards your diploma.

As a graduate, you'll have both the technical skills and business background required to attract the attention of potential aviation employers or on-demand aviation service providers, both in Canada and worldwide. You can also pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration in Aviation to increase your potential for career advancement if you wish to become an operations manager or a senior airline or airport administrator.
