Fifty years ago, the community came together to create Fraser Valley College — a place and space for everyone to learn and grow.
In the years since, as FVC then University College of the Fraser Valley became the university we know today, a lot has changed. But much has remained constant: our values of inclusivity, integrity, excellence, and, of course, community.
Join us during this special anniversary year as we honour the past, celebrate our present, and co-create the future.
"As we look to the next 50 years, I invite each of you to join us, as we work together to create a legacy that future generations will be proud of.”
Dr. Joanne MacLean | UFV President & Vice Chancellor
UFV is inviting the university community to mark our 50th anniversary milestone in a way that's meaningful to you. Members of any department or unit across the University, as well as of any student organization that has official status with the University, are welcome to submit a grant proposal through the UFV 50 Program Fund.
